This guide/walkthrough on Inotia 3 Named Subjugation Quests contains information on specific locations of monsters to hunt, from Introduction, Intermedie, Advanced, to Expert.
Tip: It’s best to complete each quest as you go with the game’s story because you pass through areas where the monsters you need to hunt are as the plot progresses.

Named Subjugation: Introduction (Inotia 3 Quest)
Named Hunter Guildsman has given me my first mission to become a Named Hunter: hunt Blood Crystal Spiders in the Frost Wind Cave, Risen Orc Beserkers in the Ancestor Catacombs, Red Rats in the Carnian Underground Passage and Giant Bear Kuma in the Carnian Gorge. The mission reward is available from Named Hunter Guildsman in every town on the Inotia Continent.

Where to find Giant Bear Kuma in the Carnian Gorge
White Bear Kuma is in a North West corner of a map, near a pond.
Where to find Resurrected Orc Berserker in Ancestor Catacombs

Where to find Blood Crystal Spiders in the Frost Wind Cave
Most of the monsters you’ll see in the Frost Wind Cave are Wind Faeries. To find Crystal Spiders you need to go to the upper area of the map, and at the North West end of the passage you will find a red colored Crystal Spider, which is the guy you are looking for, the Blood Crystal Spider.
Named Subjugation: Beginner (Inotia 3 Quest)
The Named Hunter Guildsman has given you a mission to become a Beginner Named Hunter: hunt Bersaluses in the forest at North Dione, Silver Vine Hand Monsters in the SIlver Lake, Jacquard of the Red Blade Bandits, and Red Shell Armadillos in the Urgan Mountains. The mission reward is available from Named Hunter Guildsmen in every town on the Inotia Continent.

Where to find Bersalus at North Dione Forest:
On the North East of the North Dione Forest map, you will find Swamp Spiders. Go to the South end of a passage there to find a spider with purple body. That’s Bersalus.
Where to find Silver Vine Hand Monster:
First of all, you can reach Silver Lake by going to the Bandit Forest, and exit to the left of Mage Karan’s house. You will find the Silver Vine Hand Monster, which is actually reddish, at the center of the map. You can get to this monster by crossing the body of water from the Southern part.
Where to find Red Shell Armadillo
It’s at the western area of the Urgan Mountains
Where to find Jacquard
Jacquard is in the cave-like area of the Bandits’ hideout. From the Bandit Forest, go to the Bandit Camp, then enter the passage on the upper right area to get to the Red Blade Bandit Camp Basement. You will find Jacquard if you go to the upper right area, to the North end.
Named Subjugation: Intermediate (Inotia 3 Quest)
The Named Hunter Guildsman has given you a mission to become an Intermediate Named Hunter: hunt Iron Comb Roosters on the Land of Twilight, Mutant Shaman Vine Hand Monsters in the Suspicious Cave, Slaughtered Xerial on Land Scar, and Lava Giant Unit Commander Kazur on the Giant Hill. The mission reward is available from Named Hunter Guildsmen in every town on the Inotia Continent.

Where to find the Mutant Shaman Vine Hand Monster
It’s colored red-ish, and is at the elevated area at the West part of Suspicious Cave.
Where to find the Slaughtered Xerial
Colored violet, the Slaughtered Xerial is near the low lizard area at the right side is. The xerial is on the elevated area, not the lower one where lizards stay.
Where to find the Lava Giant Unit Commander Kazul
Some elevated area at the Giant Hill. It won’t be hard to spot him because he looks a bit different, aside from being huge. :p
Named Subjugation: Advanced (Inotia 3 Quest)
Now, it’s time to take the Advanced Named Hunter course. This course is so difficult that only a few of you will succeed to become Advanced Named Hunters. Go hunt Dragon Whisker Basilisks in the Basilisk Den at the North Elven Forest, Bitter Bean Monsters and Bean Powder Monsters in the Food Ingredient Cave at the Hermit’s Shelter, and King Seaweed Toads in the Swamp east from the Hermit’s Shelter. Ah, you remember this, don’t you? Our guildsmen are in every town on the Inotia Continent, so you can claim your reward almost anywhere.

Named Subjugation: Expert (Inotia 3 Quest)
Let’s move on to the training course for Expert Named Hunters, the epitome of hunters. Go hunt Plague Buffalos and Knoll Hero Gerinlock on the De Lauren Plains, Warden of Darkness Bitukheim in the De Lauren Underground Prison, and Immortal Verial in the De Lauren Barracks or the secret passage at the Shabby Hut.Ah, you remember this, don’t you? Our guildsmen are in every town on the Inotia Continent, so you can claim your reward almost anywhere.

Colored dark gray, it’s at the right side of farmer’s hut, but in non-elevated area
Where to find the Immortal Verial
If you’re passing through the Shabby Hut Passage, it’s at the South of the passage. You can also see it at the De Lauren castle, but I wasn’t able to record details of its exact location because I missed it.
