President Noynoy “PNoy” Aquino is to deliver his second SONA today, July 25, 2011 at the Batasang Pambansa. Time of the SONA is between around 2-5 PM.

Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile; Speaker Feliciano Belmonte; Bise Presidente Jejomar Binay; mga dating Pangulong Fidel Valdez Ramos at Joseph Ejercito Estrada; Chief Justice Renato Corona, at ang ating mga kagalang-galang na mahistrado ng Korte Suprema; mga kagalang-galang na kasapi ng diplomatic corps; miyembro ng Kamara del Representante at ng Senado; mga Local Government officials; mga miyembro ng ating Gabinete; mga unipormadong kasapi ng militar at kapulisan; mga kapwa ko nagseserbisyo sa taumbayan; at sa mga minamahal kong kababayan, ang aking butihing mga boss:

Humarap po ako sa inyo noong aking inagurasyon at sinabing: Walang wang-wang sa ating administrasyon. At ngayon, patuloy nating itinitigil ito. Naging hudyat at sagisag po ito ng pagbabago, hindi lamang sa kalsada, kundi pati na rin sa kaisipan sa lipunan.

  1. ang dami pa ring kontra ! sana nkka tulong kau na mag improve ang bansa natin bago kau mag comment ng kung anu anu pa !

  2. hero….. bakit mo nsabing bobo si mr.pres…ito ang tandaan mo hindi naging pres.siya s bansa natin f bobo p sya,,bago k maglagay ng comment pag isipan m muna ang sinusulat mo,,bka nga kaw ang bobo…mahiya k naman s sarili mo…..dpat nga ma proud ka ky mr.pres.dahil ginagawa niya ang dapat gampanan bilang pres.ng ating bansa….ipagpatuloy nyo po mr.pres.ang mabuti nyo pong gawain tungo s kaunlaran ng ating bansa.sana magkatotoo na po ang inaasam ng lahat n mapaunlad ang ating bansa.

  3. Still Philippines should never depend to President Aquino alone. If we want progress, it should start among ourselves,becoming real Filipinos both in words and action.

  4. kaya nga. hero ung pangalan d nman kyang mgligtaz ng iba. buti ang si pres. noynoy gumagawa ng ikabubuti ng ating bansa eh ung mga kagaya mo walang ginagawa kundi mas palalain pa ang sitwasyon na nangyayari sa ating bansa.
